  • Speakers

  • Lisa Jordan

Lisa holds a Master's degree in biology from Technical University Munich. In her various scientific projects in academia, she frequently used liquid chromatography methods as a tool to characterize parameters in bio-processes. In 2021, she joined Tosoh as Sales Specialist for the gel permeation chromatography product portfolio. Since then, Lisa supports her customers throughout their whole journey in polymer characterisation by GPC.

  • Dr. Tamoor Babur

Tamoor Babur completed his master’s and PhD in polymer chemistry and characterization at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany in 2017. During his doctoral studies, he focused on the structure and relaxation dynamics of comb-like polymers with a rigid backbone, utilizing techniques such as DMA, XRD, and chromatography. After earning his PhD, Tamoor worked as a Development Chemist in the paints industry. He joined Tosoh Bioscience GmbH as a Territory Manager in 2022, where he now drives business growth for GPC products and services by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

  • Dr. Subin Damodaran

Dr. Subin Damodaran received his doctorate in chemistry from Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany in 2016. During his PhD he was actively characterising various finished and semi-finished polymer products using spectroscopic and chromatographic methods. Since 2016, he joined as Product specialist and an integral part of the GPC team of Tosoh Bioscience. He is currently working as Product Manager for GPC/SEC instruments, columns and detectors produced by Tosoh.

  • Ing. Frank Vanderstraeten [SerCoLab]

Frank Vanderstraeten graduated as an Industrial Engineer in Chemistry with an option in Biochemistry in '91 at KIH Oostende. After selling bulkchemicals and ingredients for food he sold spectroscopy instrumentation (UV-Vis, IR, AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, HR-ICP-MS, and NMR) for Varian, then Thermo Fischer Scientific and Agilent. 8 Years ago he joined SerCoLab, specialised in custom made HPLC-solutions from Knauer and GPC- instrumentation from Tosoh Bioscience.
